Structure, accountability and support
You will get your own dedicated coach to check in, motivate and hold you accountable.
You will have full access to our members only portal where we offer and support you with various nutritional plans catering for any eating style and specific to your time commitment and eating habits.
Come and join any class you’d like during the week, no minimum or maximum. Our classes are varied so you can try and utilise all forms of fitness and coaches so you can enjoy a fun change each time you come to a class!
We offer morning and evening classes throughout the week so no matter when you carve out some time for your fitness, you can still come and enjoy a class with us!
No! You can come here with any level of fitness and take part! We make sure to accommodate for all fitness levels in our sessions.
As experienced coaches we understand its intimidating to join a new fitness class with people you don’t know thats why we always give you that extra focus and attention, we will tell you to go at your own pace and take as many breaks as needed if you’re new into fitness or haven't worked out for a long time.

Yes!
We have a variety of nutritional programmes on our members-only portal catering for whatever eating style you prefer and how much time you have to dedicate to nutrition depending on your lifestyle.
Many of our clients came to us with small injury issues or weak muscle groups they’re looking to strengthen so we adapt our workouts for them.
Before you sign up we always have a chat with you over the phone to discuss any issues, we will give you our honest opinion if you will be suitable for group exercise.

Drive into the college, you can park on your right as you go into the college or there’s a large car park at the rear of the college, follow the one-way system all the way to the back of the college.
If you have parked there follow the side path at the end of the car park that will lead you to the sports hall.
Walk into the college and tell the security you’re there for the bootcamp. Look at the main reception in front of you and to the left is a grey set of doors. This is the back entrance to the sports hall which you can enter.
